A great car buying experience, with a great family firm! Had exactly the car, the model, the colour car i wanted with super low mileage that looked great on Auto Trader, problem I'm 130 miles away. I spoke with Nigel who walked round car on phone to check a few things, which gave me the confidence to travel down to see it in person. I wasn't disappointed! The car was exactly what I wanted, superb condition, full paperwork trail, so purchased the car. Nigel arranged delivery at a reasonable price a few days later to my workplace so I could leave my company car at work and take my car home. My wife was involved in a hit & run where her Golf was written off. Found the perfect car(VW Golf) at Garland Motors, put a deposit down as we lived over 100 miles away but unfortunately when we were due to leave 2 hours before viewing my wife freaked out at the thought of having to drive it home. Contacted Nigel and explained the situation. He was very understanding & refunded the deposit without hesitation. A true gentleman a rarity these days.
